They’re looking for an Account Director to join their team in London. This would be great for either an experience Account Director, or likewise a Senior Account Manager looking to take their first steps into an AD role working with multiple clients
·First and foremost, it is imperative for you to build fantastic relationship with clients, to ensure the best partnership possible
·Working with multiple clients, build effective, profitable marketing strategies in order to deliver the best results for clients
·Work across a multitude of marketing channels, including (but not limited to):
·Work with multiple teams in house to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to spec
·Wherever possible, expand the agency offering to clients, offering new services/products where appropriate
·Manage a guide AM/AE’s on relevant works, and ensure they’re communicating requirements to the rest of the agency appropriately
·Offer & contribute to the development of the agency as whole, offering new ways to develop the business and they’re offering as whole
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
·Proven marketing experience, across a variety of channels
·Ability to deliver effective, profitable campaigns
·A fantastic relationship building, able to sustain long lasting , trusting relationships with multiple clients at any one time
·Experience working within a Marketing Agency is also preferable
·Working either in a similar Account Director or Senior Account Manager role would be advantageous
