Rock Recruitment Solutions is excited to be working with a fantastic international client. Our client has offices up and down the UK as well as the canaries, they are seeking an After-Sales Representative for their growing office in Bournemouth. The company is a subsidiary of the market leader in its niche field, with around 90 employees in its UK and Tenerife offices.
In this role you will work hand in hand with the compliance team to close offers ensuring clients are taken through the full sales lifecycle and cross selling products across the brand. You will meet with your clients initially to assess their needs and expectations, so experience with face to face sales would be advantageous, the continuation of the sale is then mainly completed via the phone, an ability to prioritise and organize is essential.
You will have a proven history in face-to-face sales or direct sales, as well as being administratively organized.
The role involves nurturing customers from an after-sales perspective, through to payment: explaining purchase contracts and answering customer questions.
You will be liaising with finance brokers, Senior Client Advisors as well as the Sales and Administration departments. Full training will be provided.
