Client Account Administrator

Bournemouth

Rock Recruitment are searching for an experienced and self-motivated administrator to support the Account Handlings Team for a company based in Bournemouth.

We are looking for someone who can be in the office full-time. The key role of the Client Account Administrator is to work closely with the rest of the Account Management team and provide them with the necessary support in developing service excellence for their clients.

The Role

• Inputting data from client handwritten customer enquiry forms into excel

• Updating and assisting in the preparation of monthly schedules using an excel template

• Updating weekly reports with data extracted from online portal

• Liaise with Account Executive to handle requests and queries from Senior Managers

• Provide administrative support to other client teams when needed

• Database administration

• Updating data Rightmove and Zoopla website

• Collating all supporting materials included in the monthly schedule invoicing

• Inputting briefs from Account Managers onto internal system

About you

• Have previous experience working in an administrative role or similar

• Be confident in using Excel, Power Point and Word (and any other software which is a necessity)

• Be great at juggling lots of different tasks and working out what’s really important, as you will have competing demands on your time

• Be extremely organised and able to meet the deadlines

• Have strong numeracy and attention to detail – it’s essential as you can spot any mistakes as they come up

• Excellent communication skills and be able to build great relationships with different people across our agency

• Have the ability to quickly adapt to different situations and to be flexible

• Be able to work well in a team as well as on your own
