If you have a passion for communications, events, & building relationships with key stakeholders, this would be an amazing role for you.
Support engagement strategy both internally and externally to colleagues, stakeholders, partners & any relevant associations.
Provide support for the development of employee discount scheme, with businesses both locally and nationally
Manage employee events including communication briefings, internal awards & Christmas parties
Build strong, trusting relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, promoting company events and facilitating any attendance arrangements
Assist with the management of a variety of social media accounts, including internal platform
Publish weekly newsletters, both for fellow employees & stakeholders
Provide administrative to CEO office, coordinating diaries, travel arrangements, responding to telephone enquiries.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in event management
Demonstrable experience of internal comms, including newsletters, employee engagement
Ability to build excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent organisation skills
Strong written & communication skills
Be an amazing brand ambassador, always promoting the business and employee incentives in a positive, passionate way
