Rock Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of our long standing clients. They are one of Bournemouth’s most well renowned, full service marketing agencies and they are looking for a Creative Services Manager to join their team for the first time.

Working closely with the Studio Manager, Creative Director, Head of Design & other key team members, this role will see you work to create a Central Hub for all of the agencies creative output across Print, Digital and Animation.
THE ROLE OF CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER:
·Work across all agency disciplines, including (but not limited too)
·Help develop internal processes and systems to create a central hub for all departments and offices within the Agency, turning briefs into tangible outputs both on time & on budget
·Work closely with the Commercial director to manage all resource requirements
·Ensure that all briefs delivered back to the account teams are of the highest quality
·Create, build & maintain a Quality Control system and work across all departments to ensure this is adhered too.
·Report on the progress of all works coming through the department, and managing any expected deviations from brief
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
·Proven experience working in marketing agencies, across a variety of disciplines.
·Experience in managing the design & production process across both print and digital is also desirable
·Experience creating and implementing new process for design and production
·Able to work excellently with internal team members across multiple departments
·Proven to deliver work on time, on budget and to spec
·Full, clean driving license
