Our client based in Poole are looking for an excellent Financial Services Administrator with experience in an IFA company to join their dynamic and well established team. Our client is looking for the successful candidate to have knowledge and experience working with pensions, ISA’s and insurance policies.
• To look after assigned consultants
• General secretarial/ administration duties
• Copy typing letters
• Processing and tracking business through to completion
• Obtaining quotes
• Arranging appointments
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Filing client details
• Strong telephone manner
• Excellent typing skills
• Thrives working within a team environment
• Working to deadlines
• Strong numeracy
• IFA Background
The working hours are Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Friday 8.30 am – 2.00 pm.
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
