Our Client is seeking Technical Support Agents / Customer Service Advisors for their UK based Language Teams.
You will be responsible for supporting people with their mobile phone problems and enquiries as well as accurately logging all of the information.
To be considered for the French and English Speaking Customer Support Agent role you will need the following skills:
