THE ROLE OF INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Proactively build long standing, trusting relationship with all existing customers through regular telephone, email & postal contact
Understand and interpret the needs of all customers, ensuring all appropriate product ranges are promoted.
Where appropriate, maximise selling opportunities, negotiating mutually beneficial terms for both the business and customers
Ensure all activity on all accounts is recorded accurately in a timely manner
Achieve set targets and objectives to achieve annual bonuses
Provide innovative product and service solutions to differentiate offers to customers, and where possible to understand the requirements to keep us above our competitors.
To undertake campaign and project work on a monthly basis to enhance and improve account sales and performance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER:
A passion for delivering the best customer service
Ability to build great relationships with both customers and your team
Highly motivated to succeed and results driven
Experience in phone based sales or account management would be advantageous, but by no means a necessity
Excellent verbal and communication skills
