We are looking for a Lead Generation Team Leader (B2B, Business-to-Business to join part of this ambitious and fast growing telemarketing organisation known for winning multiple awards including: “Top 50 Places to Work in the UK”, three times “Times Top 100 Company” winner and “Best Innovation at Best Business Awards” to name a few.
The role consists of managing a team of high calibre B2B Business Development Executives. As part of the role you will be expected to make outbound calls and generate sales-ready appointments for the sales teams alongside your management duties.
• Motivating and developing your team
• Coaching and supporting the team to achieve their set telemarketing targets
• Conducting performance appraisals
• Monitoring and increasing productivity
• Leading from the front by generating sales-ready appointments from outbound calling
• Profiling and researching prospective customers.
• Experience of making outbound sales calls
• Experience in managing outbound lead and appointment generation campaigns
• Proven team leadership in a call centre environment
• Experience of coaching - Ability to motivate, train and mentor the team as well as conducting weekly 121’s and performance reviews
• Analytical with strong attention to detail and able to produce reports
• Professional image, superb business acumen and the willingness to go above and beyond to deliver business objectives
