Established in 2005, Lead Advisory Company Ltd is an innovative digital marketing company based in Milford on Sea in Hampshire.
They are looking for an exceptional person to join their team to improve the user experience offered by their websites.
• To make outbound courtesy calls to customers who have contacted them via their websites to
to verify their basic requirements.
• To assist customers who call in from their websites and record their contact details.
• Completing customer review calls to their existing customers and gaining feedback on products.
• Will have confidence to make proactive outbound calls and provide exceptional service.
• Ability to record accurate details from the calls.
• Previous outbound call centre experience would be advantageous.
• 4 Days Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri / 9am – 5.30pm in office in Milford on Sea
• 1 Day Sat or Sun / 10am – 5pm working remotely from home
