ROCK Recruitment are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading Design and Manufacturer in the Poole area. They’re looking for an experienced PA who’s fun, outgoing, and can make an excellent addition to team.
Be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the Directors, both internal and external.
Build excellent, trusting relationships with all stake holders
Complete the following daily responsibilities to the highest standards:
• Diary management and meeting coordination
• Meeting preparation
• Minute taking
• Coordinator travel arrangements& accommodation
• Manage meeting actions
• Produce presentations, charts and spreadsheets
• Monitor and replenish office supplies
Ensure that Directors are briefed and prepared for daily tasks
Researching potential new income streams and projects
Maintaining office filing system for the Directors
Proven experience in a PA/Executive assistant role
Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to communicate with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, at all levels
Good knowledge of Microsoft software, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Problem solving approach with a “can-do” attitude
