The business has been established since 2010 and specialises in luxury fragrance and beauty products with stockists in London and high end spas and boutiques across the country.
The company are looking for a sales account manager who has a proven track record in managing relationships with customers and is looking for an opportunity to assist the company in growing the business.
Your duties will include –
• Providing vital all-round sales support
• Dealing with customer orders and queries (wholesale and direct)
• Management of existing and new wholesale accounts.
• Assisting with management of field sales support
• Preparing and arranging production of marketing materials such as brochures and point of sale signage
• Helping to prepare for and manage events and trade shows
Essential Skills and experience:
• Proven experience in account management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (in particular Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Efficient and highly organized
• Flexible approach
• Desire to adapt and grow with the business
Experience in the luxury goods industry would be an advantage.
