They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This role will see you working with one of the agencies biggest clients, so this is great opportunity for anyone looking to focus on one key account, across all areas of marketing.
Build a strong, trusting relationship with the client,
Work closely with multiple teams within the agency, to develop the following:
Develop innovative solutions, expanding the agencies offering where appropriate
Create, deliver, and implement effective marketing strategies, specifically identifying target audiences, core markets and appropriate communication channels
Measure and report on all marketing activity, identifying ROI and developing future plans & strategies as a result
Provide regular communication to your client, ensuring you are meeting, and exceeding their needs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Proven experience in a similar agency role.
Experience either agency-side or in-house in residential property is ideal
Proven record of managing clients, and building excellent stakeholder relationships
Experience developing marketing plans and strategies, across multiple channels
Excellent understanding of tactical marketing approaches, from brand to B2B
