ROCK Recruitment are working with an extremely established, full service marketing agency, looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team in their Leicester office. This would be a great role for anyone with a passion for marketing, and is able to build great relationships with multiple clients.
THE ROLE OF SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER:
· Work with a variety of clients, building and maintaining trusting relationships.
· Delivering on a vast array of projects, expanding the agency's offering wherever possible.
· Work closely with all in-house teams to deliver innovative solutions, including (but not limited too):
o Social Media
· Where possible, work closely with the New Business team on any acquiring any new potential clients for the agency.
· Overseeing the Account Handling team, ensuring work is being delivered on time, to spec and on budget
· Working closely with the Credit Control team to ensure payments are up to date on client accounts
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
· Proven marketing experience, across a variety of channels both online and offline
· Experience working within an Agency is also essential
· Experience/knowledge of the property industry would also be advantageous
· Demonstrate an outstanding ability to build great relationships with both clients and internal teams
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
