Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager / Account Director to join a well-known and established global software company based in Poole. Our client specialises in Business Management Software for growing machinery dealerships.
Although this is an office based role, there is some element of travel across the UK to attend client meetings. You will hold exceptional communication skills, be able to converse at all levels and be able to successfully manage a team of 4 sales reps.
• Proven ability of selling a packaged software solution, ERP or DMS within Dealership/ Automotive/ Machinery / Construction/ Horticulture/ Farming Industries (or similar)
• Strong Sales / Account Management and Business Direction experience
• The ability to implement strategy and increase sales of products and services within a large business application
• A real team player, with strong communicative and progressive qualities
• Strategic approach to revenue generation
• Excellent motivational skills: - manage and engage with the sales time, with keen focus on sales strategy and strong line management
