We are the champions of honest staff solutions for businesses. We have run our organisation to this philosophy since 2008

Outstanding customer service, professionalism, honesty. Let our clients tell you more...

Back in 2012, Rock Recruitment launched an exciting awards event, celebrating talented young people and the companies that develop them into Dorset's Stars of the Future.

Young people often get a bad press. Many under 26 year olds come through the doors at Rock with impressive academic results, achievements from work or other committments and bags of determination and ambition. Not to mention we see some candidates that show amazing courage and abilities despite the hand they've been dealt!

So, we decided it was time to bring these amazing young stars to the attention of Dorset's employers. Dorset has some of the most exciting, inspirational businesses in the country and we feel young candidates and these employers need a common ground to meet and understand each other better.

We held our 2015 event at the O2 Academy in Bournemouth - a glamourous and exciting evening to honour eight people aged 16 - 26 who are working, self-employed or studying and outperforming their peers. Over 340 people attended to celebrate these Stars of the Future and the companies that develop the next generation of business stars.

Our 2017 event is going to be bigger and better than before, taking place on Thursday 19th October 2017 at the O2 Academy in Bournemouth. With three exciting new categories this year we're expanding the awards to cover Bournemouth's expanding digital and creative industries.

We will be offering opportunites to singers, orchestras, students who want to work in media, event management and marketing or catering and hospitality students or even an aspiring stage production assistant!
